Lust in Groningen has a changing menu, with 3 countries as a theme for the food served (Italy, Persia and Indonesia); from spicy to mild dishes. The owner is really friendly and accommodating. The staff is open for suggestions of customers and they are absolutely willing to make changes to the dishes they serve. The interior is simple. In the front part you can relax in a big chair, enjoy a drink and read a book for example or catch up with a friend. A plus: Lust is quite budget friendly!

The lunch and dinner menu at Concerthuis are a feast of joy for vegetarians and vegans alike. So much choice that it’s definately dificult to choose! The drinks are fun: all kinds of Fritz (soda), fresh herbal teas (in exciting flavours) and in Summer the most amazing iced coffee (it’s not always on the menu, so do ask for the one with orange peel). On Sunday mornings hang over brunch is served for a good price. The interior design is vintage/ second hand, messy and very very relaxed: you can just hang on an old couch or have dinner at a vintage school table. One of the best terraces in Groningen: large and in the sunshine.
